Holding someone
I dont know if this can be done or has been done but here is a brainwave I Just had a second ago....
Holding...
What if, and action can be to hold somebody so they cannot move, a bit like dragging, but the opposite. Also this would open the way for searching etc...
what If you can only search or mug somebody if they are being held by somebody else.
Also an idea for how dragging, holding should work. What if with the current strength system you can only drag someone if your strength is at a higher level then thiers, and if somebody helps you it goes by your combined strength against the targets strength.
For example if a person with 20% strength and a person with 25% strength tried to hold someone with 50% strength they couldn't. Also some with 80% strength could hold someone with 50% strength.

Iron shackles and wooden stocks would be awesome. If the person is shackled outside, they could do projects, pickup things, hit people, etc., but they couldn't go into buildings or leave town. If the person was shackled inside a building, you could have the door unlocked and they couldn't go anywhere. If they were in a stockade, I guess they wouldn't be able to do anything besides talk.
