Although it is far more likely that the police will arrest you. Depends on the threat you pose I suppose - but there will generally always be some kind of police presence near any location with guards...
And about the money issue... I don't think it is a capital offence any more, even in theory. Not entirely sure though. I don't treason is a capital offence either now. Damn liberals...

No, no. It's correct. Treason is the only offence in England punishable by execution.
Also just a bit of trivia for you, its actualy wtill legal to kill a Welshman in York city centre on a sunday with a longbow. Struth!

I heard it was after sunset yet before sunrise, and wasn't that in Chester. Perhaps there are two places it can be done
