I've got a character who's tiredness got up to 30%. I've been monitoring him carefully and it's been going down by 2% a day, whether travelling or just standing around in town doing nothing very much at all.
Does going into a building count as activity? I'm wondering if I need to find a quiet corner to spend a week in a comatose state in order to get back to full wakefulness!

Never more than 8% tired at most and they soon recover. Others stand around reciting poetry. No problem. It's my characters who actually tried to achieve something, to rebuild a town, to achieve some position of leadership, to make the world go round, who are suffering.

It does make a certain amount of sense to have characters recover at different rates but I'd like to be sure it's a feature, not a bug!

So what you are saying is that the element of individuality has been removed. I fail to see how this is a bad thing.
Or at the least you are saying that your character which work the most are getting the most tired?
