Weight
Using the weight index we can check anonymously if people have weight problems here. I know it can be a sensitive subject for some, as it has been for me.
Weight index = Weight(kg) / Height(m)^2
I think the scale is a bit different in different places. If you've had kids then it's normal to weight a bit more and if you're young, it's normal to weight a bit less than average. When I used a calculator online and experimented a bit entering some weights I had had a few summers ago, I was a bit surprised to find that I had in fact been underweight. I tried to find an English version for the calculator but all I could find was a program that tells your ideal weight but doesn't give you any other figures.
I often feel so damn fat though I don't think I've ever been notably overweight, but I remember damn well in elementary school when everyone else was twenty something kilos and I was thirty something. I was always among the tallest girls in my class but that didn't matter, I felt like an elephant. I remember that damn sixth grade class portrait where I had tucked in my sweatshirt and I looked so damn chunky among all the skeletons... And getting breasts early sure didn't help at all. In lower secondary school I wore baggy clothes so that no one would pay attention to my body. Still some guys shouted things about my ass and told me to buy a bra though I was already wearing one. Once in the dressing room some girls started talking about weight and a plump one sighed she would sure want to weight five kilos less. "Me too", I said, and she gave me a long glance and said "Excuse me but where the hell would you take that five kilos from?" Still I continue being uncertain... I wonder if there are any girls in the world that wouldn't stand naked in front of the mirror, pulling in your tummy and wishing you looked like a model.

I picked the slightly over wieght because according to doctors I am over wieght. BUT!!! According to doctors, someone with my basic bone structure who is a whole 5 feet tall, should only wieght 105.
now, when I was a teen, in shape, active very healthy, I wieghted 115. I had muscles, because I tossed hay around and rode horses all day.
I will NEVER wiegh what doctors think I should. The weight index is screwy and is not truely accurate to each persons lifestyle. I personally think the wieght index should be remodeled.
I will never be a twig. I wiegh 146 right now and have a personal goal of 125. I will always have a big butt, and always have some padding because being a twig IS NOT HEALTHY. those models out there who are 6 feet tall and wiegh less then i ever did are not healthy, and certain not something to aim for.
Pirate lass and I and good examples of NORMAL women. Lass has a nice figure (in fact I think she has the most sexy butt and chest in the world. I live with her, I know she is beautiful) she is not a twig, in fact she is very curvy.... Curvy is good. Curvy is wonderful and normal and healthy!
dont EVER feel like you are not a wonderful beautiful woman because you are. no matter what the trend is!

I fell into the normal range.
One thing to keep in mind, however, is that these body mass indexes do not take muscle content (or lack thereof) into account. Many of them also don't take bone structure or gender into account. They also don't take into account the fact that some people are just naturally different weights and they have trouble going any higher or lower than that weight for any significant amount of time without adopting some very unhealthy diets/exercise routines; clearly that is the weight their body is most healthy at.

I used to be about 19, now I think I'm nearing 21. I guess that makes me normal.
2 years ago, I was doing an internship over the summer at a lab and my mentor thought I was anorexic because I would forget to eat lunch. He would always make me go eat. He seemed very concerned. That was.. umm... interesting. But yeah, I'm not quite so scrawny anymore.
