I'm seeing Rush on Friday. Nothing tops that! My year is made.

That doesn't sound too far off, actually. I'm not so sure about the constipation considering yesterday, but then again, the fact that I still had urges with no yield (other than gas) even after that brings it back into play. I'm not experiencing nausea or discomfort of that sort, except after I eat tons of candy without something else to go with it, although last time that happened (Friday night) a glass of milk eased it quite nicely actually.
Cheshirekat, I thought about that too, actually, and I was doing research on it last night. Some of it sounds like what I have, and I'm smack dab in the center of the age range of people most likely to get it. One big thing deters me from believing it's appendicits though: the pain isn't exclusively on the right side; it goes over to the far left sometimes. It goes back and forth at random, and it hasn't been debilitating at all except yesterday after school before I relieved myself and when it woke me up in the middle of the night. Also, I haven't had any fevers (that I know of).
One more thing, and I don't know how relevant it is considering how long this has been happening: whenever I'm sitting on the couch with my laptop and I have my feet to one side of me so that my side is...twisted? Not twisted but....eh, I think y'all get what I mean..., after awhile the sharp pain comes to whichever side is more constricted and only goes away after I shift positions. This has been happening for at least a month, probably longer.
It's not hurting right now, just a mild urge.
And I haven't told my parents (well, technically this is telling my dad here) because I know my mom will freak out and make me submit to what will probably be a very painful and annoying battery of tests which I don't want to go through because it disrupts my normal life and so far this gastrointestinal problem or whatever hasn't so much.
Cwalen: We're humans. We all have short attention spans and we're all selfish. It's an undeniable fact.
Not to mention sometimes I feel awkward asking about certain things.
