Hunting Packs depending on size
I think it would make it fairer if the number of times you could attack a pack of animals was dependant on it's size.
Something like a ratio of 1 attack per day to every 3 animals in that pack.
That would mean larger packs that can seriously hinder a town would be easier to manage.
I think this makes sense as we can hit people once per person, but animals we can only hunt once per pack, regardless of if there is one animal or one hundred!

I jhave a characture who has been going outside once a day, every day for 2 cantr years now to attack the bad animals... she is the only one there in the area and has only a hunting bow, do you know how wonderful it would be to implement this idea?
EVERY time she gets rid of all of one type of animal, more show up. she cant kill the wolves, bears, boars and cheetahs... and there are at least 2 of each in her forest... usually more.

1 - Hunting experience - the system for how you develop as a hunter would have to be changed, or everyone would suddenly be an expert.
2 - Targetting - Would you randomly determine which animal in the pack got hit, or would you just attack the same one until it died? If the plan is for the latter it's a bad idea. Anyone would be able to kill anything right away. if you do 40% damage with a weapon and thre attacks, you'd be guaranteed one kill. It wouldn't seem right anymore, since right now there's a high chance that you won't kill depending on the starting damage of the animal. You'd have to have individual animals in the memory linked to a single icon for each class of animal, the randomly select which ones get affected, or it would shift things by a rather large amount.
Don't have any actual solutions in mind, hope someone else will.

multiple attacks on the same pack by different characters hit the same target, surely this is less likely than the same character hitting the same target more than once in a day? Normally you would pursue your quarry until you have got them, not take pot shots at whatever presents itself.
