That's neat you could do that. Along those lines I would like to see some eye color stats, it seems like green is the most common in the English area at least. Probably comes from players staring at the green screen so much.

Just a few people, and in those cases they usually provide both. But 5 foot certainly doesn't equal 160 cm, so people should be more accurate with their measurements. 160 is more like 5'3". Also people should remember that a foot is 12 inches instead of 10, so if you Google for "x cm in feet and inches", make sure to check that it really is rounding something to closest inches and not tenths of a foot.
I'm doing eye color stats next, but since I need to count them manually, it takes a while.

Interesting that the distribution seems to mirror RL averages.
That said, most of the "power gamers" who I'd expect to claim 7' behemoths probably don't bother with the descriptions!

Surprisingly among men, blue is the dominant color. If someone would like to have an unusual eye color, there was only one instance of olive green, as far as I can remember. Although a mixture of brown and green could also mean olive, but that was likewise rare. Adjectives like bright, dark, light, piercing, cold, warm, stormy were common. Yellow/amber was very uncommon, although that didn't include a couple of instances of golden brown that might look like yellow in bright light.

Aging stats:
There are 22 people that are very old and have a description.
10 show no signs of aging.
3 ambiguous
- 2 use the word old but do not describe signs of aging
- 1 albino
9 with some signs of aging, out of which:
- 4 have partially gray hair.
- 3 have fully gray hair.
- 1 has gray, almost white hair
- 1 has white, brittle hair.
- 3 mention wrinkles
---
There are 6 people that are in their eighties and have a description. No signs of aging, although one mentions muscles developing with age. That's a good point, as the mechanics do not support any sort of atrophy. Characters are only getting stronger and more skilled.
---
9 people that are in their seventies and have a description.
6 show no signs of aging
2 have graying or fading hair
1 has fully gray hair
---
11 people in their sixties with a description
6 show no signs of aging
1 ambiguous
4 show signs of aging:
- 2 only mention wrinkles
- 1 partially gray hair, wrinkles
- 1 gray/white hair, weathered skin
---
50s
14 show no signs of aging
5 ambiguous, they seem aged to me but wrinkles or gray hair isn't mentioned.
7 partially gray or faded hair
4 with slight wrinkling

Alright, I'll say it: >5 years of experience has forced me to the conclusion that the success of breaking a lock is not 50/50. What I'd like to see are the success/fail rates of every lock-breaking attempt in the last seven days.

Interesting proposal. Despite the result, I'd be interested in seeing a couple more of these in coming weeks (if you have the time of course!!) just to make sure we have an accurate figure!

A while back I counted the amounts of every kind of event, including lockpicking success and failure, and besides, I could've told you it's not 50/50 since it's visible in the code.

Just one. Maybe most people consider ugliness to be a matter of interpretation.

Re: Things you really want to see in "Cantr Statististics
Totally agree with Seko. I don't use "ugly", nor "pretty, handsome" or else.... It's just an interpretation under the watcher's eye.

Re: Things you really want to see in "Cantr Statististics
Well, pretty sure most people here don't think "Yes! Now I can finally describe my Quasimodo clone!"
Though, I'm sure theres plenty who used pretty/handsome/etc as descriptions. These could be assumed to be relative to their local standards, but whatever.

Re: Things you really want to see in "Cantr Statististics
There are no ugly people - there are just unappreciated ones
I'd like to see the same description statistics in a month or so, when the descriptions become more common. I hope you'll keep a track on them, Seko
