There are many strategies for killing animals. The easiest is to have more people. There are many ways to get more people, be it traveling to them, convincing them to travel to you, or having at least two characters present to promote spawning.
If you want to go it alone, your best bet is to have a shield and healing foods. If you have a building to go into, hide in there until you can hunt again. Once you eliminate a certain aggressive species, you've increased your chances for survival. You could also make or trade for better weapons or shields. Even get better healing foods.
If you don't have a building, shield, or healing food, the best solution might be to hide on the roads by stopping, turning around, then increasing your speed when you want to return, attack, and flee again.
Staying in a location with too many aggressive animals is a choice. You can choose to go elsewhere, where you might have better chances.
I'm not sure why what I'm writing is so hard to read?..... I'll try to make it easy...
1. Swedish area uses
fixed spawn points.
2. Swedish area currenly have 6 spawn points.
3. On one continent there are 2 spawn points distant to eachother by some 50-60 locations maybe
4.
All locations (it seems) on this island have some 100+ animals in them.
5. Out of these 100+ animals about half of them are aggressive.
6. Characters are dieing, there is no way people with bone spears and chitin shields are going to survive this.
7. It is
not a choice, characters spawn on this island, and will die before they have a chance to make a longboat to flee.
8. There is no way to get more people to "my" location save a CRB.
9. There is no way to decimate a stock of around 20 leopards, 15 coyotes, 10 rhinos etc etc ect unless there are lots of people with good equipment which there isn't.
2 people in this location, me and N N. Keeping track here.
