In the case of people that dont wont to RP sex, forcing such on them should be considered a breach of some rule, surely?
Indeed it should and there are a few people who need to learn some manners on the subject.
Personally, I'd rather remove the "troubled subject matters" all together in order to prevent issue BUT I also realize this would hurt the world as a whole.

The problem becomes "case by case", as I've said. Some people are going to "write it out" others want it minimal and still OTHERS want NOTHING to do with the matter.
It should be a break of SOMETHING for disrespecting PLAYERS but this could get abused when others think something "obtrusive" and then you get a "certain type" of people in Cantr. Upon that final time, you've a bigger issue then the one now. I mean no more "bad things" but stuff starts to get stale, etc.
Personally I've yet to even have a character MURDERED! Of course I had one moved from his "home" because I was almost CERTAIN, regardless what I was told, that the character was doomed to a death. I reflected this IC a little too much but... whatever. (I'm not 100% on the player much either BUT that is something for another matter)
Respect is needed! There should be a respect RULE of some sort. Even when talking about "such matters" some people JUST CAN'T or WONT RP "that". Being a prick about it and claiming "CRB" or anything of the like should get the PLAYER a kick in the testies.

...but if there IS a problem SOMEONE needs to stand up (person with the problem) and someone else step in (Cantr Staff). If there IS NOT a problem then everyone needs to shut up.
Dudel suggests a new Cantr department:
RDC
Respect and Decency Committee
or
DRD
Decency and Respect Department.
