People have said things about dynamic names for buildings and vehicles. This might be a similar thing programmingly; but if a door on the inside did not say where it went, it would be more realistic, becuse most doors inside a building dont have signs.
Also, if you are in a building, the "location" thing maybe should show all the other rooms in the building. So, if I'm in a building with three rooms, all the rooms should show up in "location" That way, unless you had a chance to name the door (maybe paralleling making a scratch in the door or something, or just being familiar with it because you built it and therefore would know which is which, or if someone told you), then you would just see a bunch of doors, like you would in real life if you didnt know which was which. So even if you had a crowbar, you couldn't necessarily get out, because you wouldnt even know the right door. Then you could have huge labyrinth things, which would be especially cool for dungeons. Which would require dynamic naming of rooms.
