URGENT! Cannot access Game or, until now, this forum.

I have not been able to access the game since the weekend. The moment I try to access a character, it kicks me out with the invalid password or suchlike message (I go back to the password screen).

I was also unable to access the forum, getting a similar message about a deactivated account. I then tried to set up a new second account, but either the little image didn't display, or else I was told I'd typed it in incorrectly. Eventually I succeeded it setting it up...I think.

However, I got this old signon back running--by using the "I've forgotten my password" feature. I do hope this isn't happening to too many people, else it might give the impression they've been thrown out the game and there's no easy way to query it.

PS Unfortunately the main game page doesn't have an "I've forgotten my password" feature.
