How can I change locks?
I heard that you can break a look and rebuild one in its place, well it wont let me break this lock on a bike, but the Bike is Unlocked, is there anyway that it can be replaced????

I see this as a flaw in the game. I have a char who owns a building, with an unlocked lock on it, and the key is no where. So, she has to build another building, just to store her stuff. That really sucks.
If you're going through hell...........keep going!

Get me a good set of lockpicks and I could prolly figure out how to do it IRL...of course it should be very difficult to do in game, and possibly have a very secret process. Maybe not even tell what tools you need? That way there would be incentive for people to teach each other. Or for some jerk to break the CR and tell all their other CR-breaking jerk friends.
