I just lost all my minutes! :(

I had just logged in for the evening and for a brief moment I saw it say 200 minutes. Then 0 and it chucked me out. That would have been roughly 7.55 pm GMT or maybe a little before. What happened then?

PM me with details (player ID and what you were doing ) and I'll look into it - There was a database freeze about 15 mins ago - that may have caused it

I got the message that I had no minutes left... but it said I had 174 and I can still play.. :lol:

It happened to me the previous day. I just went back a page and tried again. Things seem very busy this time of day. I have been getting "game is locked" messages as well which a retry sorts out.
