I think some point is missing in this discussion, and it's that the 40-day rule is apply to the whole community of Cantr II, even to those like me who haven't heard about suicidal newspawns but only in forums.
Another point: How long a character is consider a "newspawn"? Until he/she reaches his/her 25 y.o.? How long it's a cantr's year? Twenty days in RL? So you think a character who has been playing 80 RL days, say, two whole months and a half, can be considered as a newspawn???
Here at the Spanish Zone, we can count with our fingers the characters that are over 40 y.o. And there aren't many who cross the thirties. I don't know the troubles English or Polish zone could have with their players, but I find it's a bit agressive to set a penalty -because let's assume it: the 40-day rule is a penalty- to a whole community when there's a localized problem that PD can investigate and work it out, even ban players if that's necessary.
I'm starting to think that those suicidal newspawns are just the "character number 15" of some old and experienced players, who are bored of playing Cantr in a constructive way, so they dedicate one slot to spread out the fury they have been accumulating during years.
Or there's another argument that can deny the premise: "Suicidal Newspawns generally appears in a zone with a large population and a large number of old inhabitants"?

Well, let's see. I have 15 characters. None of them has died yet. There are one or two over 25 y.o. None of them has ever had problems with the "law", simply because they do not steal. The exception is one of them, who has innocently taken some things at a Netherland's town and he was jailed. He spent some time in the dark repairing objects, and then he was set free, with a 70% of damage in his body. He's still living, working, collecting curative food. Trying to find a way out. But perhaps comes a bears which kills him, and then I will have to wait 40-days to create a new character. And... Why? He's not a "suicidal newspawn", he has been just a burglar who has paid his debt witht he community.

I AM THE SON OF HARRY THE 1ST AND I WILL HAVE MY REVENGE. And then hit everyone and run away with the guards still on the road chasing the previous character.
That would be CRB -characters working on the same organization- so the player should be penalize by PD.
