Thanks. I suggested 25% to make it noticeable, but I think 10%-15% could be noticeable too, especialy on longer about 8-10 days on foot roads.

Suggestion:
13 - (inventory/5000) units/hour on highway, to 10 -(inventory/5000) on path and sand road. 11 on paveled road, 12 on the one between paveled and highway.

Personally, I don't know if there is much difference in walking on a sand road and walking on an expressway as they are both hard packed in surfaces. However, I could see how walking on a path would be different, as in my mind path stands out as completely unrefined where you'd occasionaly be walking through mud, and rocky surfaces.
Although there aren't many paths left (if any at all) in the old cantr islands so I'm not sure if it will alleviate any of that suffering (if there is any), but I can't think of any reason why it would be easier to walk on a highway when compared to a paved road.
