Choked in Bureaucracy

Quillanoi is the common choice, but where else is it that you're simply stuck?

I would vote for the Rangers, as of several days ago.

At times, Drojf. This despite there being only 3 government officials, and all of them apparantly trying to get things done...

Mine too. It's dangerously close because of all the guilds, but if everyone does what they're supposed to, then it should never get that bad.

All the Kwori got to do is remember this one important mantra: Be excellent to each other. :)
