Forum discussions
Come on guys, stay a bit on topic inside threads on the forum. There are several discussions now that from discussion maps or whatever suddenly turn into long threads about Pie's spelling skills. It's *highly* irritating. I don't think we should have strict rules about these kind of things or loads of moderation, but some self-discipline to avoid this would be appreciated.
Or perhaps the CD should more easily split topics? (rather than remove posts or anything)

We're all rude to Pie, because he's rude to us.
He's like, a second Nick, without the ability to comprehend that he's wrong.
And that isn't meant to sound like an insult, it's meant to sound like the truth. Have you read some things that the forum user in question has even said?
As well, some of his posts are just one liners to Bless America, or a single word such as "What?" or "Hat."
If anything, we're just defending the dignity of the forums. Well, not I personally. I don't insult him. I just disagree with him, especially when he is so forward in stating that I'm incorrect with something Resources related, when I'm very much correct, and he has no idea (Or grounds) to claim that what I'm saying is wrong.
The point of the matter is, I agree with you, our desire to kill the guy shouldn't be expressed on the forums. But his desire to annoy us shouldn't be either.

I know it is. I suggested he use a spell checker, but he is being obstinate.Jos Elkink wrote:There are several discussions now that from discussion maps or whatever suddenly turn into long threads about Pie's spelling skills. It's *highly* irritating.
You'll just have to contain that irritation until he gets bored and stops posting. Or we lynch him...

Or you could download the Google Toolbar (or something similar), which has a nice spell check option. It's easier than using Word.

Or he could learn to spell.
(Sorry! Couldn't resist, I know Jos is getting mad...)
Still, what bugs me here is not that Pie honestly doesn't know how to spell complicated words like for and the and I'm, it's that I'm starting to suspect he's trolling on purpose just to get attention. (Like I'm giving him now.
)
So that's it, I quit. I'll be ignoring him from now on unless he actually has something constructive to say about the game.

so.... with the game things, why ignore me there? you shouldn't compleatly ignore me, like in the game.. with words. or the tree letter word story thing. in fact, there, no one is really serious(exept in the mr.nix thing.) so why pick out somone there? ok ile try harder on spelling, so you have no reason.
you know, i just looked and the game that is serious is LT.dee killd.

People, This isn't a thread for Pies spelling skills either. This is a thread about staying on topic. Everyone (yes even me) seems to need a little practice with this.
