Note Deterioration
The subject Pretty Much says it . . .
This would allow you to know how old a note on the ground is. If a note from a trader say ill be in town for a few days but the note is crumbling obviously they are long gone.
in order for a town to maintain its notes it would simply have to pick up and copy the note or put the note inside an envelope to delay the deterioration.
This would also help to get rid of the millions of notes lieing around and create a few more jobs in cantr as secretaries.

No.
No, no, no, no.
Why? Please, no. No, no, no.
I think I've made my opinion clear.
EDIT: We don't need more jobs. There are already far more jobs than people to fill them. Seriously, with repairing recently implemented... there is far more work than even the full potential Cantr workforce could cope with.

If the person writing the note would date the note...as I have...then you would know...or would it be possible that when a note is created, a date is automatically dated at the bottom...if you copy the note, then the date of copy would also appear...if you copy a copy, only the latest copy date would appear...

Alas, I must agree with those sentiments for now.
Even deliberately recycling notes is quite an exercise. One thing though. The ability to destroy entire envelopes full of notes would be welcome.

Couldn't someone just add a date and have it be wrong?
