Repairing Bellows

Bellows end up on the ground after repairing them, unlike everything else. Could this be fixed, please? :)

on another note my bellows ended up on the ground after making them a while ago.

A wrench also ended up on the ground after making though it was a new project and there was enough room. So is this thing affecting several items?
