Well not every line had orange on it . Project completion and your own actions which didn't involve a nameable object - so these where easier to spot
Secondly within lines with which had a nameable object , the objects were where deferentiated from the actions more than just being bold.
What really is needed is a Player defined CSS colour for links - then the player could decide if they wanted the links to be Orange , Bold white, underlined, Italic or rainbow shaded (actually the last would not be possible with current CSS). Once one logged in then the players stored link preference could be used from there on
So Solfius could have his Bold white and the rest could go back to orange

There are other CSS ways to make the links look distinctive and keep them readable.
Please please please don't leave it like that.
suggestions? Bold white and white was the best I could think of.
I think underlined/not underlined wouldn't work.
Perhaps a different colour, other than orange?

*shudders*
Please change it back. Please.
This white and white thing... it is just horrible. I can't tell what's going on, and it hurts to read the page.
Seriously, if you think this is better than orange... I'm coming round there with a bat.

Solfius (and others):
an example: http://www.userlogics.com/Cantr/CantrII.htm
CSS for reference: http://www.userlogics.com/Cantr/cantrII_files/cantr.css
Obviously you could tweak colours/border to make it more obvious or subtle as neccessary - the different colours for different items is just a suggestion to make it easier to skim for specific items/events

I was quite happy with green and orange...
I do believe the negative reaction to the change far outweighs those who wanted this... but I could be wrong.
Bring back the orange!
Not to mention the fact I need to change my avatar now...

I don't think it is a nice change. I think this is far more confusing and, quite frankly, much harder on the eye.
In conclusion:
More dynamic naming, good.
Bold white, horribly bad and evil
Return to orange, good
Some kind of compromise, probably the best solution.
