Suicidal newspawns
Newspawns that hit random people or grab stuff and run just to be killed are a nuisance to most people who try to play more seriously.
I would like to suggest to lock the accounts of players for one or more days as a measurement against these actions.

One problem is you need to go to the forums to find out how to delete a character. When I started I thought characters could be just removed with a click of a button. Most games don't have the option of making several characters nor do they leave corpses behind when they die.
Maybe there could be an option to dig your own grave to save the time and trouble?
But what I was really planning to say is instead of having an account deletion button, maybe there could be a link that says delete a character (just having an X after every character would be a bit too much) and when you click on it, a box appears telling to write the reason why. There's just the problem that if their email address has gone outdated, PD can't ask for confirmation. Anyway, there would be the box. And a text telling when you click the button below, this message will be sent to the players department, where a living volunteer person will process your request, so if you aren't serious then click cancel. Or then lose the box, just give detailed information on how to do it.
And tell them that every time a character dies, a dead body will appear and burying it will take at least one hour of someone's time. Usually two. Also things carried by this character will drop to the ground and anyone can take them.

I am not really bothered by the corpses nor the stuff that drops to the ground once a sleeper dies. I am more concerned by the abuse a character uses on others to give plenty of reason to be killed. Hitting people, stealing stuff and running, pleading, hitting self...

I think that eventually they can have their account deleted. (Though I'm not sure how many 'strikes' a player has to get beforehand.)
One thing that's been suggested before is to make it so that whenever a character dies (for any reason) the player has to wait a few days before creating a new one. That might make people who try these tactics think twice before gettign their newspawn killed off just because they didn't wind up where they wanted.
Having a button for deleting characters...well, on one hand I like the idea, but on the other hand it seems a little too convenient. I don't know if it would be a good thing to make it easy to get rid of a character. You might wind up with even more corpses than before, if it can be done on a whim like that.
Personally I'd never even ask to delete one with the current system. I've gotten rid of an account before, but never an individual character, because I really can't think of a good reason to get rid of one. (They're boring? I don't like where they spawned?) All of that can be remedied in-game without bringing the PD into it.

Well, from all the chaos that ANAX caused I would say it takes all lot of stikes before someone is banned. I haven't heard any complaints lately about him, though, so either he finally got the boot or he learned how to play nice with other kids.
I think that if a suicidal newspawn (or other obviously bad behavior) player has been warned once and then does it again they should be locked out of the game for, say, one week. This gives them something to think about. And then, if they still don't understand, they get the big heave-ho. Three strikes is enough.

He didn't get the boot. The character I met of his wasn't great, but he wasn't suicidal. Still doesn't know how to type complete words, or capitalize...but how much can you ask?

Getting rid of a character, lessee when I got Yvonne deleted I said my character has lost the will to live, when in fact I was just sick and tired of playing such a boring misfit. And a partial reason of getting Dove killed was because my mom told me I should stop playing in places that make me stay up all night just to be online in the same time with people. And yes it was stressful for me too. So she got brain cancer. You just gotta be creative. But people who punch around to get their characters killed because they didn't spawn in a nice place are obviously without imagination and should be pulled down the toilet.

Er... that he uses complete words and capitalises? Or does everyone else have lower standards than me?
If there'sone thing in Cantr I can't stand... it's people who don't talk properly, usinf abbreviations, through no RP reason, just laziness.
Oh and in answer to the suicidal newspawns thing...
