Spoke to PD : New Account

Dear Sir,
I have applied to join the game one week before approx. through hirenkirit@gmail.com
But still I have not received confirmation regarding ID name etc, though I received letters regarding language department.
I thought I may try in another way, I applied through another email id kiritdoshi@gmail.com, now immediate reply came that account has been refused as only one account is permissible
so in this way hirenkirit@gmail.com didn't provide me id name & kiritdoshi@gmail.com i lost due to said one account per name problem.
Do please activate either account.
I like the idea of the game, and keenly waiting to play the game that how it is !
