He obviously does not want to actually play Cantr, and is just satisfying his sick perversion. Were it a good role play, I suppose I would not mind so much (however, I still wouldn't really want it around.)

Despite being a male, with enough sick fantasies of my own, Cantr is not place for such things, no place at all for indulging in ones own perverse fantasiezing.

Even treated as insane, this person will still degrade the game, as he will disgust, offend and just ruin things for all envolved in general.

This is the reason why most modern countries have laws against sexual harrasement, and the like. Countless people have been arrested and put on probation in real life for writting or describing unsolicited fantasies to other people.

I say again that this person does not want to actually take part in the game, but rather turn himself on.

I don't participate in forums where guns are discussed at great length.

I don't play games in which guns are a big theme.

I don't ever even *see* forums where rape fantasies are played out with unwilling participants (something which, I am fairly certain, is a COPPAA violation anyway, not that that necessarily applies in Cantr's servers).

I am a rape and assault survivor and don't think that I need to be put through that, no matter how online or virtual it may be.

One player's right to be an ass ends at *this* player's right not to be triggered into a full-blown PTSD panic attack.

B.) Everyone is expected to follow rules and act appropriate while playing. If they were banned then some of you could say goodbye to your accounts as well.

That's not necessarily true, either. There's been cases of 11 year olds being contacted for this type of behaviour in the game. Turn himself on? Not likely. But to get a rise out of people rather than play the game properly? Most deffinately. Could be.

Perhaps I am not as good or die hard a RPer as some, but in Cantr I believe if someone decided to post actions or God mode RP or do anything using *action* phrases that annoyed me, I'd pull out the good ole crossbow and do something tht actually means something in Cantr. They would be chopped in two, dragged from room to room, then finally locked away for good. You see *action* phrases are powerless, anyone can ignore them, but you can not ignore losing 40 points of damage or being locked away alone.

So, while someone writes:
*I rip off your hide bikini and put my X in your Y*

I'd respond with:
*looks down* "ummm, I'm still wearing a bikini and it even says finely stitched"

It's disgusting, he's not there to play Cantr, and we shouldn't even have to deal with him, if you ask me.

I know rape is a very real problem in the world and thus could be reflected in Cantr society, but I think chances are anyone who "rapes" someone through RP is just a pervert, and I don't want Cantr to be a place for freaks like that to get their rocks off. If you've ever RP raped someone and you're reading this, please respond. And you better give me a damn good reason.

It doesn't work with game mechanics, and it's not good RP. On those grounds alone, RP rape should be considered a breach, and the person banned. If the account is persistant, I think legal action should be taken against the offender, because I think that sort of behavior on the internet qualifies as sexual harassment and is illegal.

Ian, they're not going to respond, and even moreso because you told/asked them to... I'm sure your feelings are shared by all, and I'm sure that the people that have RP'd it aren't just going to come out and say "Oh, yeah, I RP'd rape.... I just thought it would be fun"... It's something that they's want to keep secret in their demented little minds, and just go along like nothing happened. PD may look into it, if it's getting out of hand, but at the same time, if it's just one or two occurrences, it may get overlooked as a rarity.

You're right of course. I just want them to know that they aren't safe doing their sick things here. I've seen it. I better not see it again. I'm not really an angry or overly assertive person, I just can't stand predators, especially ones who think they're invincible.
