Huh in Blojt.
This happened in Blojt.
1156-2: a man in his twenties says: "{I am Autoservile 784-C462? That is good. My memory has been erased, you must reprogram any files you may have created. May you call me Auto? Yes, that seems more...Human. But I can never be a human, I was made to serve humans.}"
Now I don't really have that much of a problem with this. I just don't know what constitutes a breach or not.

It is a problem when two or more characters share the same type of personality. Is he role playing a guy that is insane or does he actually think he is playing a robot? Of course, if he thinks he is actually playing a robot is is a breach.
Anyway, Jack could you please post some of the events of that other character.

Blojt also has had more than a small amount of "OOC:"ing today, specifically from someone who, in the course of his OOCing, revealed that he had played the Hitler characters.
I'm completely unsurprised that he's the same character who kicked someone, threatens people, and can't spell "you" with three letters.
