She goes to stand away and speaks loudly so that everyone could hear her and see her

It's not helping that everyone is abstaining... We have to lynch someone....

From my own private investigations, I concluded that Miss Mortaine is the killer... I'm sorry, miss, it's true that you've helped me much in my research... But as Sparkle said earlier, you are always anxious to know what the Sheriff thinks of everyone, and not just curious anxious, you were guilty anxious!!

In addition to that, I asked for a specific book and you didn't get it for me, because you knew you were to be revealed if I read that specific book...

I'm sorry, Mr. Wichita, for not trusting you before, I fully trust you now.. I'd talk with you about anything if you'd like!

Good Lord! There is some strange magic at work here I tell you. Maybe Yoyo and Surly have come back to haunt us for not avenging them!

Or maybe Surly put a curse on all of us. Didin't i say he would, didn't I? We have to find out who's responsible to put an end to this bef... before we all die!

We have to vote! And if all these supernatural...things points to Mikki then I'm afraid i have to put my vote on her.
If nobody has a better idea? We have to act now!

Miss Mortaine and Dee speak quietly, Mortaine's face suddenly blushes deep red, and she looks.... tremendously embarassed.

Shortly after she and Miss Dee finish their conversation, Miss Mortaine, having gone to sit on a nearby park bench, confident that Dr. Swymir has the medical situation in hand, suddenly shivers and lets out a little cry.

"Oh, my!" She glances frantically around. "Who said that? Come out, you!" There's no one there, and she looks at the rest of her neighbors, many of whom have clearly also been unsettled by a similar phenomenon. She looks embarassed again. "Oh, dear.... I suppose I've heard it, too, now.... still, anonymous accusations mean nothing; there's no proof that Mikki's the one.... but... since so many have had these premonitions.... I wonder if Sheriff Spider oughtn't search Mikki's belongings for evidence? If it's true she carries a knife, then surely, there will be a knife either on her person or in her home, no? I'm not one to advocate unwarranted searches, but.... Sheriff? What think you?"

she walks out her door, tears running down her face I heard everyone calling out my name, and so I am out here to defend myself. I am sorry that someone is telling you that I am guilty of killing our neighbors.. I would never do such a thing. I don't like violence. I don't know what I can do to prove that it is not me.. But will everyone please let me defend myself before you kill me?

Alex walks out of the doorway, following Mikki outside. Folding his arms and standing next to her, he speaks to the crowd.

"Think about what you're doing, those who are voting for Mikki based on whispers in the shadows and notes found in their pockets... If these are being sent out by the murderers, to further confuse and divide us, then you will have innocent blood on your hands...

We must be rational about this, and consider the likely fact that these messages are from the enemy, and not a friend."

Okay, so we want to be rational about this? Let's count the reasons why mikki is a suspect....

1) "Love Hurts" ?? What kind of man would say anything about love? He wouldn't be very masculine, would he? That tells us that the killer is a female.

2) Silk stockings? Around his neck? Who here sells stockings but AoM? No one. But, as I said earlier, the way I see it, the killer is not a man. So, because we know mikki is AoM's girlfriend, she might as well be using his stuff.. Isn't that right??

Well... I can't think of anymore reasons... Does anyone have anything else to say?
