Possible CR-breach, duplicate characters

This is from the road Blit Forest to Blojt Forest(west)

The one I attacked has stolen clothes but the other one is responding?
It's very confusing..

1150-0: a man in his twenties says: "do you not think mike would be hjappy to help a man in need"

1150-0: a man in his twenties says: "it was a dead man, i am naked and poor, do you not think it is right for the dead to help the poor or would you rather i be naked"

1149-3: You say: "I'd like you to turn around and return the clothes you stole from poor Mikes body!"

1149-3: You attack Bodyplunderer(a man in his twenties) using a composite recurve bow, but you miss.

I've done that before but my chars weren't working together possible its just coincidently on same path and talked with wrong guy

Brief update.......these were not chars of the same player, but I believe Bear already knows that.
