Building/Location Signs

They never really were necessary before, but I think they will be soon.

And I don't think I need to elaborate on the idea, it's pretty simple.

*shrugs* If you just post on old topics, nobody seems to take you as seriously...

Anyway, I think these are absolutely essential before any amnesia.

Yeah, I am actually halfway implementing this. Have been halfway implementing it for over a year now, I think ;) ...

As long as we're at it: NAME TAGS!

I realize someone said earlier "the only people who wear nametags in RL work cruddy jobs" (I'm paraphrasing) but, to be honest, every one of my characters is either a bum or works a crummy job doing manual labor, often for someone else. I have characters who would love to have nametags, if only so they could stop getting asked "what's your name" and to remove the "you must state your name" law in so many towns. If "what's your name" were at all an opener to conversation, it would be one thing, but it's just become like this challenge-or-die kind of demand of newspawns and travellers.

Name tags would be nice...just a fairly cheap clothing item that you name when you start it, and have it described as something like...

"A small tag with "<namevalue>" written on it"

...It's so much fun making up work for other people... :D

This would go well with medals and gorgets as well for jewellry. Engraving is part of society.
