Newspawn stealing & possible CR breach (*ar)

Think with me here:
You have never been hit in the face before and then in one week, suddenly someone walks up to you and hits you in the face. You're totally flabbergasted and when you recover you try to get on with your day. Then the next day somebody walks up to you and hits you in the face in the same way as the day before. You think, okay, bit weird, but you get on. Then the third day someone hits you in the face again.

If this would be happening to you, don't you once think that maybe these people are cooperating?

And I want to emphasize something:
I don't know if this is a CRB, I think it is, therefore I am reporting this and leave it to the PD to see if it really is a CRB.
I said this before, but obviously some people don't seem to understand it.

Well, if it's the same player, I would think it probably is a CR breach, because with three in a row they must be going out of their way to spawn there.

The point nelix was trying to make here is that this guy may be using ooc information to bring characters towards that town in hopes of finding more goods. I didnt read most of what Glasswalker or Solfius said but that is my uderstanding of it. I will check into this, if you still have problems with thieves that are acting in a similar manner post it here.
