Be realistic TSL... you either called nighttime at 5am or you didn't. It is either 6-5 or 7-5.
You can't blame us if you failed to actually call night.
Anyway, if you persist with the draw, then it is very difficult to equate with British law. After all, it would be the Sheriff's decision - not decided by a vote. So... you could either detain both, release both, or give the Sheriff the deciding vote.
Just my suggestions.

It was my own decision, so you can't blame the moderator of being unfair. I said several times if he dies I cannot live. So you're the ones being unfair, and if our deaths speed up the destruction then you deserved it for voting against him in the first place. And NOW you're so sure we were innocent?
At least you avoided having three people dying one evening. You still could have lynched Rainking. But when we walked out, I guess our votes stopped counting.
