You don't remember the "map of the CmeWin" that's still floating around several places (incl. the cantr area and krif area) and their single-minded obsession with said mapping?

Maybe I'm just old.

Nah, Brandon and I have been playing just as long as you.
Perhaps you have a better memory, but that wouldn't make you old. heh

I'm older than either of you.
And I probably have a worse memory, too.
The name just rang a bell, is all.

Lol, he would drop notes about his clan CMeWin, and when you found em you were suppose to pick one up and drop a copy where ever you went. I think it was real big around the Olip area... way back when.

I sent that guy a PM earlier, just to welcome him to the game, but I didn't know who he was.

He made a bunch of maps?

So he made a bunch of maps.. So what??

There are a lot of other maps lying around cantr everywhere... Maybe the most famous one is Dirt's map..

This was back before intercontinental travel. The maps had both Krif Island and Lad island on them, which was impossible.

Back in those days, if you saw a map with two islands on it, you knew it was bogus. Now it's harder to tell.

Well, maybe, because Dirt's map is pretty much the most commonly used on that island.

But maybe Koloff's map is the most famous.

Dirt Map could have been made by anyone. As a player, the Dirt map was nothing remarkable because better had been seen elsewhere. I'd agree with you on kollof, thats just about the first major visual map I saw.
