However, whether the Sherrif is the murderer or not, he took a very long time to get to his duty, and unless he comes up with some impressive evidence, I suggest we lock up Spider.

Oh Mr. Nixit I am glad your cooking is better than your reasoning. While the good sheriff may have been a bit slow in starting his investigation, I believe that it would be foolish to lock up the man in charge of law enforcement while there is a killer on the loose.
