She looks at Mikki wanting to confort her

Don't feel bad. To be honest...She looks at Dragon apologetic I feel the same way. I two feel it's either Dragon or Surly or both, but as I have said Surly has given me more reason to believe it's him.

She looks at the others awaiting their votes

Please everyone. We have wasted enough time as it is...night fall is upon us...lets vote so I can get my girls inside to safety.

He looks towards the crowd and sighs

If you are so eager to see me dead, Sparkle, without providing any more evidence than your original angry statement... then I see you as a danger whether you are the killer or not. In such situations, we cannot afford such petty vendettas. My vote still stands for you, Sparkle.

He moves closer to her and angrily whispers something in her ear. Thenb he returns to studying his journal.

staring in shock as people begin to accuse him of such crimes he can only stand with his mouth open but then after a moment he comes to his sences

First off. I want everyone to know that I know for a fact it is not Spider. I don't know how but I heard someone say he was innocent but I could never find out who it was.

waits for the murmers to quiet down

Second. Yes I have money and a good deal of it. It may have been earned it not the most lawfull of ways but its hard earned momeny.

looks at Sparkle with a hurtful look in his eyes after hearing her think it may be him

Didn't I help you out that one time you couldn't pay your leash and was about to be kicked out on the street. I paid it for you and expected nothing in return. I also bought you gifts. I funded your girls to be checked for diseases reguarly. I know we were going to keep this between the two of us but I am sorry its going to come out now. I wanted to marry you. I was going to propose next spring in the queens private gardens.

I helped Yo_yo get his brewery going. I gave him the funds in exchange for being discounted on brandy.

looks at Mr. Floyd

Did I not help you press charges against the factory when you lost your arm. I even got you the bests docters in London for you.

And Nixit. Who was it you ran to when you ran out of wine that one night when all those dignataries started at your inn. It was me. And I gladly offered it to you.

Looks around at everyone.

I admit I have done bad deeds in the past but I have helped so much here in Whitechapel. I have touched everyone of your lives in someway for the better. I would never kill another man especially Yo_Yo. He was my friend. Your blames are going to the wrong man and if I am convicted it will forever be on your consience I am sure.
I am the Dragon Slayer. And as long as I have my friends behind me. I will never fall.

She looks to everyone...her face is red from embarrassment and fustration

Um...I will retract my vote for Surly. After our discussion I honestly don't think he has the time or the heart to do such a thing.

I need to take some time and pray to who I think could do such a thing to an innocent man...so my vote will be blank unless I notice something else before the sun goes down...

I continue to maintain that this is foolhardy. We have almost no chance of finding the murderer today-- we should all withhold any votes and preserve an innocent life another day further. Unless Sherrif Spider has made some conclusion about a likely suspect, of course.

I doubt highly that Lord Slayer is the killer. For one thing, I doubt he would bother killing a common merchant like Mr. YoYo, even if he had motivation to do so-- Lord Slayer has many means for destroying a person, and murder... well, it's so messy, isn't it? Even if he had a bloodlust upon him, he has the means to go on safari or hunt locally if he so chose. No, I do not suspect him of this crime-- murder is a base act; I am relatively confident you will find it was performed by a base-born person as well. That said, I think we should wait and listen to what our Sherrif has found out before passing any judgement, or perhaps pass no judgement at all.

Mistress Sparkle, in view of your comments... I feel obliged to withdraw my vote also. You are not as cold-blooded as I believed...

He blushes slightly

Ah, well. But you were not the only one to make wild accusations against me. Maybe the killer attempted to jump on the bandwagon, to divert attention? Maybe they sought to exploit a disagreement by putting their support behind Sparkle.

Was that your intent, Mr. RainKing?

Pulls politely, but firmly, away from Lord Slayer.

"Thank you, sir, but I only spoke what I truly believe."

Be that as it may, i feel that your now using your good deeds to try and buy your way out of suspicion *he takes a long drag on his ciggarette* no offence, but i still think it's you Mr Dragonslayer

As I've said before... I don't think anyone's done anything to suggest that they're a killer... I will abstain from voting.
