So... A poem, huh? Our murderer is an educated one!! He reads books, not just any books, poetry even!!

I wish this day would just end!!! I am so tired of thinking!

Well, to be fair, Miss Dee, I never said our murderer read poetry. For all I know, the phrase meant nothing, or perhaps it's a common toast at the pubs-- I wouldn't really know,myself. But the phrase did catch my eye, so I looked it up. I suppose you could say instead that *I* read poetry, but that should come as no great surprise to anyone.

I do find it intriguing, though, that the poem is about feigning and masquerading. Perhaps our murderer is someone who feels like he must wear a mask by day.

Yes Surly. You look to me now that I suspect you. If the Sheriff were to suspect you, you probably will be accusing him again. You are guilty Surly and there's nothing you can say to convince me other wise.

A cool breeze guided a hazy fog through town, surely a bad omen. The fog hung over the town like death, and the shadows seemed to grow...

The villagers continued to deliberate and accuse while the sun appeared overhead. Now midnoon stood before them, and sunset only a few hours away....

*Plenty of time still, I figure Day 1 will end sometime Friday or Saturday. If the game is progressing well, I will ask for all final votes Friday. If everyone keeps changing their minds, I'll have to make an extension. That is all*

She looks up at the sky and notices all the fog

Maybe we should get inside? The weather is getting really bad now.. Do you people want to get inside the inn?

[mikki]

*she smiles at Dee* Actually I will wait out here for Alex.. *she then sighs* I really don't want to go back to the factory.. *she takes a deep breath* I am not going back until we figure out who killed Yo_Yo..

[Dee]

She turns to face mikki I'm not going back at all!! I found another job, with Surly she smiles at Surly

[Nixit]

*rushes out of the inn carrying a tray full of food* Here it is Mr. Wichita. *looks up at the sky* Perhaps we should all go inside my inn? It's cozy in there. Oh, and what's been the discussion lately, have I missed much?

[mikki]

*laughs* Well, you are right.. *she looks towards the factory and screams* I QUIT!! *she sits back comfortably.. and sighs* Well now I need another job.. A daytime job that is.. *laughs*

[Dee]

Dee looks at Nixit Welcome back out here... Yeah I guess you missed something that might help us in finding the murderer... mortaine found a poem that's call "To Life", the same phrase that was on Yoyo's body... The poem is:

"O life with the sad seared face,

And thy draggled cloak, and thy hobbling pace,

She then turns to mikki But, mikki, you can't work day and night!! When will you sleep?

*listens quietly to the poem and nods his head thoughtfully* That's a nice poem...

I am not planning on working all night.. I work during the day and then in the evening, will work.. *sighs* If I decide to work in the evening.. *she looks at Dee* I need something other then this to pay bills..

*she sighs as she becomes slightly depressed* Damn of all people.. Why Yo_Yo? I don't tend to drink but man I would love to have one now..
*looks around* Anyone got any alcohol? I nreally need a drink..

(wryly) It does seem to be unfortunate timing, Miss Mikki,that the wineseller for our district should be inconveniently murdered, just when we might all use a drink.

I have some stout... but that's about it.
