A ball and chain isn't a... vehicle... it's an object... and there's already one billion posts (And counting) about wanting this, and handcuffs, and gags, etc etc, implemented.
That's something that Programming needs to decide on, if it'll be done and when they'll do if they want to do it, ya know?

No, but it would make more sense as a vehicle. You could drag people into it. It would actually slow their movement, and prevent escape. The only problem I see is buildings. Vehicles not being able to go inside them and such.
Although, on second thought, weight limit would be a problem too. Becuase you couldn't put anything 'in' the vehicle.

Uhm... its gonna sound dumb, but think about it. A sled/wagon. Now you wouldn't be able to use it everywhere, but hows about on a mountain? For going down of course, it would make going down faster but not require a whole lot of material to make. Just trying to make mountain trips go hella faster.

Military vehicles don't make sense in Cantr unless vehicle-mounted weapons are created. Besides, warship, oil tanker and "Tank" are vocations. Just because everything is a specialist in the modern world doesn't mean that they should be in Cantr. If you want a ship to be an oil tanker, put oil on it. If you want it to tote 20-pound cannons, take it up with the PD but ADD them to the ship, don't build them into the hull.
This is a very good idea, to build bodies and have things added to them, definately the way forward!
When you're falling off a cliff you might as well try to fly.

Does anyone know if the Tractor, or any other vehicle has more than one compartment? I'd like that suggestion. Imagine it, a vehicle that allows you to put other passengers in a seperate area where they can't get to what you have in another area. It'd keep people from stealing your valuables and wasting them in a CR breech useless project because your trying to kill them.
Think of it.
Pull your semi Tractor-Trailer up in front of Castle Gregor, drag every living soul into the back, break down doors and clear everyone out, drive in safety and comfort to the port of your choosing, drag them all out again to a waiting boat with a compartment, sail off to the tune of terrified knocking, somehow find Aki, and ditch the lot of them somewhere.
It'd add a whole new level of transporting people and goods, both good and bad.

You really need to get over this anti-Mac Gregor kick, just because your character was a dumbass.

I would like to see the tractor have attachments for doing work. After all tractors are really working machines, the transport function is secondary. Perhaps a carrot or potato harvester could be hooked to the back and move with you from town to town. Some kind of scoop could be added to aid in the digging of sand, clay, coal ect. One could put a blade on the front and use it to speed up road construction.
Now I havent actually build a tractor IC yet, so there may be options for all of this already implemented, but I think I would have seen something about it in notes or in the build screens

Or for the fact that no tractor exists IC, because no one has built one yet... so no one really KNOWS what it can do...
Not that I'm saying that's the TRUTH. It's just a hypothetical situation. Really. Maybe. I can't say
