If so does also all the cool superheroes from the comic books also count as science fiction? Maybe I should start a poll to see what super hero everyone likes.

Weren't the ninja turtles popular in the 80's? Are they even still around?

Chrissy

Yep, they have a new TV show. Guess what, Care Bears are back as well as a whole host of old shows from the 80's and early 90's. MY little sister was watching TV the other day and their was a commercial for a new transformers coming out as well as Ghostbuster shows on FOX or soemthing. It's really wierd.

Supposedly there is another live action Ninja Turtle movie being made and that is to come out in the next year. Maybe that is why.

Yes, but the producers are trying to bring them back. I wish I didn't know this, though--stupid little brothers! LOL

Okay. Think about what you just said. About each word. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. They do not sound cool and adorable to me. The main word being MUTANT! LOL If they were just teenage turtles, they'd still be wierd, but it would be better and if they were mutants. LOL

For everyone out there that might be interested in "Firefly". I visited a site on "Firefly" and it claims that a movie is being made by Universal after Fox gave up the rights after cancelling the show last year. It would seem that there has been such an outburst of support to see that the show come back on air that Joss Whedon (the creator and writer of the Firefly and Buffy the Vampire Slayer) was able to talk Universal in making a movie and possibly bring the show back on the air.

I'm really happy that Firefly is coming back. I think it is one of the greatest shows ever made. The First and only season of "Firefly" is coming out on DVD. According Amazon it is the best selling DVD and it is only in preordering right now. I am going to order my copy right away.

I would highly suggest if you like really good sci-fi to see "Firefly". Here is a site on "Firefly" that I feel is one of the better sites http://www.fireflyfans.net/

I think a lot of you would like this show a lot.

Firstly, the Simpsons rock!!! Soooo funny!

Secondly the 80's was the best. The best music along with some selected 90's and 70's music.
All hail his Purple Majesty!!!

Wasn't alive in nothing but the '90s. But, from what I've seen on "I Love the 80's" and "I Love the 70's" those were two hilarious decades. I still have never gotten a Rubik's cube though...even though I've always wanted to try one. :D

Oh, and he thing about He-man or whatever, I really think he was gay. There's so much evidence--it was on an episode of ILT 80's once. They should rename him She-man! LMAO

Dr. Who is the bomb! I want me a Police Box!
Somehow you strayed and lost your way,
and now there'll be no time to play,
no time for joy,
no time for friends
- not even time to make amends.
You are too naïve if you do believe life is innocent laughter and fun.
