I'm a little confused on the Apprentice part: so, he can kill anyone at night... but if he tries to attack a monster he dies as well. I'm assuming the monster dies as well... right?

The Apprentice -Having followed the work of Dr. VanHelsing, renowned monster-hunter, his young apprentice follows news of a murderer in London. GOOD
-Kills one person per night, but dies if confronted by either monster

I believe what he means by this is that the monsters will PM the person they are confronting to be the Apprentice and if they are right the apprentice will die.

Wouldn't anyone die if they are confronted by the monster?

So... then what's the point of putting that there?

LOL That's something you have to ask TSL about.

I believe it only comes into play like this:

Apprentice says: "Monster" to TSL.
Monster says: "Apprentice" to TSL.

Apprentice dies. Monster lives.

Well no. The Apprentice gets a kill every night on who he thinks the monster is. The monsters get a kill every night on who they want to kill most likely trying to get the Seulth or Apprentice.

Right, except on a night when the Apprentice and the Monster both point to each other, and then the Apprentice dies and the Monster does not die.

Yes. That totally defeats the purpose of the Apprentice as he cannot kill the monster, only innocent people. Which would not make him good.

No no! He can kill the monster as long as the monster doesn't point to him first.
