BIKE-CART MODIFICATION
I understand it that Bike Carts are Bikes+Carts included packages.
Now I have an idea.
Why not make the requirement split up into semi finished: "Bike" and "Cart.'
Thus, we can add current bikes to a bike cart modification by just spending the extra for the 'Cart.'

Oh, and adding onto this, a current example would be the diamond encrusted sabre. The bike would be the sabre. The diamonds- the cart. I would think any lock still on the bike, would carry over onto the Bike Cart. Of course, you can rename the Bike when it turns into a bike cart. Or not.
It's like vamping and fixing up your car, when you can pay for it.

A bike-cart looks to be a large-framed bike with a sort of wooden bin at the back. Of all the things in the whole of Cantr I don't want Programming to mess with right now it's bike-carts.
One of my charries is just about to make one...in about two days' time.
But knowing my luck...
By the way, why the prejudice against ordinary bikes?

Eh, I have one that had to get a new lock put on, and now it doesn't even hold a person holding a full 15 kilos. It's annoying. ._X
Anyway, if picking up is a problem, perhaps you could only start the project in an area with a bike and a cart? Like the bow making... not that that would probably work either.

If that's what a bike cart is supposed to be, and the programmers got around to it, I'd agree it's not a bad idea.
That's the only wee bit problem with the idea. Perhaps there is a go around? Such as 'using' a key to represent the bike?
@Socio, and have you ever tried riding a tandem bike, alone?- Just so you can put more weight on it? Or take in mind the magic purple dust that makes cars go?
And what's not to say by making it into a bike-cart, it won't be the same as strengthening the frame or enlarging it (and adding the bin)?

Yes, one of my charries has access to a tandem. But bike-carts still seem worth building also......or does anyone disagree?
Magic purple dust?

I think he meant have you ridden a tandem in RL by yourself, just so you can carry more. And I think it is a not-so-subtle reminder that Cantr has its own laws of physics...
