Hopefully never. Drunkeness needs to be roleplayed... I assume the drunkeness bar would indicate that you getting worse at things. Not always the case... I sing much better when I'm drunk (or so I'm told)...

This was discussed. It would be nice to put those bars to use, since programming put them there in the first place...or was that just to taunt us?
And don't forget all the taters for vodka. If Steve McQueen comes through your town with a little brown jug, just say no.

I assume he meant that it had to have some good side IRL, or IRL it wouldn't be used. You know, like how tobacco and cocaine have such useful effects.
IRL alcohol has a utility (for some people) by being pleasurable to abuse themselves with. In cantr, that could be taken into effect by roleplay...but it seems likely that only the best and the worst roleplayers would use it. (the best because they can and will manage a character with that kind of flaw, the worst for the immature joy of getting...simulatedly drunk...)

Then why all these sugestions for musical intruments? And clothes? Seems like everybody wants more jewelry nowadays.
RP people, that's the reason. It would give the shunned village idiot a way to release himself, it would spice up the festivals and parties that have been spurting up.
What happened too the creative thinking
?
Edit:....and industrialist sort of get's the point. You're a faster typer than I am.
