If I use sarcasm I usually add it with a ;) at the end. But if I'm mad usually with a

Huzzah!

Thing is though, I never, ever in my life use happy faces, at least not internet happy faces.

It demeans what one writes, in my opnion.

Of course, as I have learned, I am in the great minority.

I have actually used both of those to indicate sarcasm.

 I use for frustration (sorry for being confusing, but I'm a complicated guy)

 Is reserved solely for anger. That's when you all can know I'm being angry. Most of the time I am joking and just failing to be witty.

I used to agree with that until it became glaringly obvious that my particular brand of humour was not going to transmit in text mode. Heck, it barely transfers in person. I'm dryer than gin sometimes.

I suppose you are quite right.

Perhaps I should get with the times, so to speak.

Wow, busy topic today

Just to throw a monkey wrench into things, I think it would be nice to add a button to "donate" minutes to somebody else.

Could be the ultimate reward for good role play. Could be a nice way for friends to share. Could bring a tangible reward for prostitution...

(It's not sabers that kill people, it's people that kill people)

And 200 minutes is enough for me, but I limit myself to just a few characters.

I think that might actually be a good idea Thomcat. Everybody could win from that. The only problem might come in down the road, if the current server were to ever become overloaded. I don't know how much of an actual increase in bandwith usage could be expected if the option was fully taken advantage of.

Finally! A way to turn Cantr addiction against the players.

Unsavory Cantr Player on PM: Make your char do my char and I'll give you 15 minutes.

Desperate Cantr Addict: Make it 30 and you can get the works, big boy.

Hee hee hee.

Bad idea. Would encourage people to try for multiple accounts, to donate their minutes to their main account and hence gain advantages.

Yes, that's what I meant, sorry if I was confusing. is for angry sarcasm, that's what I meant.

Back to the dam subject u guys in marketing could make a 2 dollar a month account thingy that lets u have an extra hundred minutes for people like me who have things we do and dont like closing or hitting back. would help pay for bandwith and mor servers but anyways cantr should b low bandwith. and my fast connection is actually benefitial not detrimental. and maybe i can look into helping find ways to get u guys a mirror or a volunteer server if im in a good mood :p.

How many times must this be suggested? It has been stated plenty of times in the past that people who pay will receive nothing extra over people that don't pay. The time limit is a good thing and should stay where it is at. I, for one, do not want to spend more time reading long event pages caused by people with too much time, and I'm sure this sentiment is shared by plenty of other people. And, really, it's okay to occasionally spend 200 minutes on Cantr, but don't you guys have something better to do? Go . . . do some physical activity, make some money, teach yourself something.

And if you have the money to spend on such things - DONATE!

We don't need more time, I used to scream about this..but I've grown more experienced and no longer use all of my time. I always have an hour left or more at the end of a day. Sometimes I have 2 hours left.
