Well I hate to say it, but if yor having trouble managing your time, limit your characters to less then what you have now. You may get bored quicker, but you'll be suprised how much time you free up.

CD WARNING:

Schme, that post was unacceptable, sorry.
Post content removed. Copy retained in report, as always.
No slagging each other off now people; there's been too much of that recently and it's not something we want on the forums. If you want mutual insult matches, please take them elsewhere.

I must apologize.

But if that is how we are going to operate, perhaps you might ask them to stop the unwarranted insults?

That is, of course, if I may not respond to what it is they are saying about me.

Yes, it does seem to be a little one sided.

That warning was aimed at EVERYBODY. Not just you, schme.

As has been said before; if you feel offended by what someone else is saying, either PM me or email communications@cantr.net, and someone will take a look at the situation ASAP.

I have to agree. If your going to stop my retort, you should simply take out the reason that there was a need for it at all, aswell.

But you see, it's just that I am perfectly willing to defend myself from insult, but I do not want to go around and be having people deleted left and right.

However, if I am not allowed to defend myself from insult, then it seems only logical that people should not be able to utter any sort of insult at all.

Since that was what started it, and I'm leaving that, I'm not removing the responses to it. It's difficult deciding where to remove up to in cases like this, and I rarely like deciding. There's almost never a sudden transition.

I just mean that I don't want to be reporting people to the moderator's all the time and being a big hassle.

There's no need to be rude about it.

I'm sorry. I did not realise that people did not understand that that was sarcasm.

It's always hard to tell with text.

My fault! Sorry!

I suppose I should have been a bit more obvious. I had not thought people would take it seriously.

As I said, I brought it upon myself.

Sorry guys! I didn't know you would take it like that.

Well you did start the whole scandal champ. That's all I'm saying. You pick fights in every thread you can.

EDIT(Same post time): Cool beans. Smoke the peace pipe and bury the hatchet.

Over the internet I have noted you have to be very caregul how you phrase things so as not to cause offence.

Generally, I avoid sarcasm unless I know it will be well taken, and if I must criticise I try to do so in a non-confrontational way.

In fact, the more I think about it, my whole style when online changes in order to avoid the pitfalls caused by lack of nonverbal communciation to ground the words

Yes, sorry about that.

Your quite right. Without the verbal ques and tones, it's near impossible to figure out.

Anyhow, I should have just been more obvious.

And I don't try to pick fights, no.

In fact, when "The Industrialist" said that I do not know what I am talking about because I do not spend as much time on the internet as him, I have to say, he was picking a fight more than anything I did here.

All I was trying to do was diffuse the situation by adding humour, all the while trying to explain to him that just because I do not use the internet as much as him does not mean I am an idiot.

As you can well see, it did not go as planned.
