My character did not do these things

I just got a death report for one of my characters who was killed (thanks, Nick... really....)

Anyway, there's a whole bunch of stuff described in the report and in the previous turn report that, well, I don't remember her doing *at all*. Not that she necessarily didn't, but I think I would have remembered dropping everything she was carrying, for no obvious reason.

So, what gives? Someone tampering with my account? Someone now suddenly able to tamper with others' characters? Was I mugged? Is this another newly-implemented punishment for being wounded or hungry?

I mean, I didn't have a lot invested in this character to begin with at this point. She was slowly dying, but at least she was in the process of trying to survive.
