Notes that empty themselves

Postby SekoETC » Mon Mar 14, 2005 12:05 am

A young friend of my character was trying to write a note, but ended up with a blank one. Twice. She let me see it and I tried to edit it but the same thing, nothing gets saved. While I had created a new note right after she said it doesn't work and this note I could save with no trouble. She could also edit this note I had started, so it's not about some newspawn illiteracy getting added.

I can't write notes either.

Thank you, Seko, for bringing this up. Hopefully that situation in Seatown Hills will get resolved soon!

Notes are borked everywhere.

Copying works.

But updating them doesn't....

Funny thing that we could edit that note since my youngest character can't add new things to his note, tried twice. I should test the others too.

I had this problem. Persistence overcame it.

No note will ever outsmart me! Never!

This may or may not be true...

Oh my god it's spreading!!! I tried with one character to edit a note before and it worked. But now it doesn't work, and also creating new ones doesn't work. Intentional? You can't be serious.

As far as I know, it's not intentional. We're a bit short on time to investigate these things, but we will work that out.

Bear with us, please.

I'd also need brief information whether or not this problem persists. Is it reliably replicable, or does it appear to occur randomly?

It wasn't only unhelpful, it was destructive misinformation. Make that kind of jokes elsewhere, please.

Problem is still there.

I try to edit a note.

But they stay the same when i change them and look at them again.

Also if i try to make a new note.

When i save it.

i only get a note with no title and no message.

There's also no map on the location page.

It's my char Ryoga Hibiki at Fu Put Nupka-chu-pka.
