HELP!

This morning I logged in, that worked fine. Went into one of the character screens did what I wanted to with him then when I returned to the character screen it was blank green and at the top it said something like 'connot open file'

...so I tried logging out and logging back in but when i log back in it says, no such ID. Help!

my ID by the way is 19810

I get the same message right now, so I presume it's general. Doubtless somebody is working on the thing.
