New dragging system
With tiredness the allready poorly designed dragging system is just getting silly...it needs to change.
Make it a progressing project, where a single man will be able to drag a dead or living body given enough time. It is ridiculous that a a man living by himself shouldn't be able to drag a corpse out of his house by himself no matter how much time he spends...

I don't vote for a new system, but an improvement to this one...
If you consider it, it is illogical that one person should be able to drag a huge load if he just waits long enough. However, one of my characters was unable to drag a note when she was about 40% strength and not very tired - that's absurd.

Few people can just grab something and go, but almost anyone can more very large objects slowly across an expanse over a given period of time. And a body is a very easy object to drag if you don't mind getting your hands dirty anyway, just have someone lay on the floor limp, grab their feet and pull. Nothing to it. A char (in good health) should be able to move a body in two hours no problem.

You seem to be an expert on the matter. Do you have irl experience? >.>
Yep, this needs to be changed. Pirog's over a period of time+traditional amount of people factors should be included into the equation.

It's perfectly logical to drag over time. Maybe if it was "Carry" rather than drag, it'd make more sense to have more people helping before ANYTHING gets done. Ask anyone who's ever had to carry a deer out of a forest, dead weight is a bitch to carry. If you dragged the deer out, it would take longer, and would get all mussed up, but you could do it by yourself fairly easily.
Reality was never my strong point.

I've had experience. I'm a lifguard. I had to carry 2 bodies up on the beach this summer. It's not that hard really. I only wiegh 125 and I had to carry this 200 lb guy (although for him i did have help) sitll I did this in 5 minutes. I would definitly have gotten him out in 2 hours alone. I think a slight modification would be nice, but I wouldn't mind if it were never implemented. Good idea though.

Yeah they were alive and I would have to say that the water helped me bring them in, but the point is all Cantarians weight the same. This guy was nearly twice my weight and I was able to pull him up onto the beach. And yes he was unconcious. I find it hard that if given an unlimited amount of time if your couldn't pull somebody out of a car. We aren't talking across towns here we are talking a few feet.

I personally don't see a difference. The only reason that a dead person weights more than a concious one is because a concious one tightens their muscles and even though it's involuntary are helping to support themselves. I don't think this applies to someone who is unconcious. It felt like I was carrying all 200 lbs of the guy. I'm just glad my partner came down and helped me although he took his sweet time. In case anyone is interested the guy is okay. He even sent me a thank you card.

Actually, yes I do, I was a CNA from the time I was 18-21 and I've helped move more dead and dying people around, up and down, and everywhere in between then I care to remember.
