Characters in the same family
Can two of my characters be in the same family, if they don't like each other and wouldn't help each other for the world?

In theory they could if:
- They didn't actually know each other until they met
- You don't intentionally make them meet for that sole purpose
- There only indication is the same last name
- They do not affect each other in any way as a cause of the "relation"
Although, I think that would be kinda boring. So just have you charecter follow some random person demanding that you two are related and that they need to pay this month's rent.

riddrev is right.
since characters are spawned, not born from parents, "families" only exist as orginazations that characters decide to join. so sure, any two characters could be part of the same organization even if they don't like each other. it just depends on the situation. but, like nick said, it's best to keep your characters seperated from each other.
but if you mean "can i say that two of my characters are related as long as i don't have them like each other or help each other out?" then the answer is no, because family in that sense doesn't exist in game, and your characters should have no relationship to your other characters (or anyone else for that matter) when they first spawn. relationships have to be established through interaction.
also, relationships between characters of the same player are somewhat discouraged, and are devinitely not allowed if the fact that they are played by the same person is the only motivation behind the relationship.
