I posted the below in General Disc instead of General Support in error.
Sorry for the double post but I couldn't find where to remove the old posting at.

I have an issue. I've posted this in the bug reports but I ghought I'd post it here also. I'm kinda new and not sure of the proper way to go about this.
I have a character named Unerra "Spyder" O'Conn but I can't open him. When I click his name on the CHARACTERS LIST, it opens a diffrent character instead. I think this is a database error caused by the quotes in the name but it's just a guess.
Can anyone help me fix this issue.

It could be possible that your cache is out of date, but Cantr has its own protocals for checking to ensure that your cache is up to date. Maybe it stopped working, maybe it doesn't exist.
Point being, if you have Internet Explorer 6.0 SP 1 follow these steps, and we'll see if it'll remidy your situation:
Click Tools, then Internet Options...
At the new window, click the "Settings..." button within the 'Temporary Internet Files' area.
Ensure that the radio button "Every visit to the page" is selected, then Ok out of that page, and Ok out of the settings. Restart Internet Explorer, and try to access your other characters to make sure that they load instead of others.
If this doesn't work, well then, I dunno. Something else is wrong then.
