Thats some pretty cool music, me thinks!

When I'm in the car, I only listen to classical, but when I'm at home, I listen to really violent stuff like Bile.

Okay, I just wanted to throw this one out there, a rather bizarre rock musical I just saw:

Hedwig and the Angry Inch

Has anyone else experienced this unusual (for lack of a better word) movie?
It has some good tunes in it, very Bowie, Lou Reed kind of stuff.

No can't say I've ever seen it. But maybe will watch the movie if I can ever get unstuck from this chair.

i'm into some old stuff/ some obscure stuff
like
starflyer 59
brave saint saturn
the juliana theory etc. for new music

POD and
blindside are good hard stuff

of course i'm all into the older stuff
all about simon & garfunkel...
love kansas, the beatles, and
lots of classic rock

so yeah i've got weird tastes...but i also like other, more mainstream stuff

I have to say that the best top 10 singers/bands are in this order;

1) Weird Al Yankovic :D

2) Michael Jackson

3) Queen

4) Justin Timberlake

5) Prince

6) *NSYNC

7) Backstreet Boys

8: Dire Straights

9) Nirvana

10) Jimi Hendrix

And you have a lot of others from all types of music

hmm.. In Flames owns my soul, and Soilwork is great (heard them at in In Flames concert ^^), and Ensiferum is really good, especially when you're drowning out the people next door getting it on. But right now, I'm hopelessly addicted to Rhapsody. It's pretty much all I listen to now ^^;;;;

The Best music.

Postby Darth Tiberius » Fri Oct 24, 2003 2:03 pm

No, no, no. I'm not "off my nut". I applaud you (the last person who replied) for liking Weird Al Yankovic, Micahel Jackson, and Queen. They are the kings of music.

But the rest are also very cool. Not as cool as my top three but very listenable!

Justin Timberlake, *NSYNC, and the Backstreet Boys I know are pop but they are NOT manufactured! They are genuine artists. And their music is so cool to sing and dance along.

Prince is a real character. I like his attitude, style and songwriting ability. Need I say more?

Nirvana is the hardest group I listen to.

There are other singers I also listen to like Eric Clapton, The Kinks, The Beatles, Puff Daddy, Guns N' Roses, Eminem (some stuff not all), 50 Cent, and so on

But there are a lot of other artists. I ask you. What was wrong with numbers 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9? I'd love to hear this. and don't worry. I'm not critisizing you or anything. I'm chilled. I have musical, political, and other kinds of debates all the time. Most of my day the CD player is on.
All hail his Purple Majesty!!!
