Problem Logging On

Postby star » Fri Dec 03, 2004 8:15 pm

When I try to log on I get the following message:
ERROR: You did not login correctly or your login expired. Please re-login.

I have no idea why this is occurring. Is it something I have done or is it
a system problem?

Is this the right place to report this kind of problem?

Thanks.

Something is either wrong in the database or the programmers have locked the game which this is one way to lock the game especially if they are working on the character page and they don't want people logging in while they are working on that page I believe.

Surely, we could have humour if its a scheduled downtime...

e.g.
This Login is no more! It has ceased to be! it's expired and gone to meet it's maker!

It's a stiff! Bereft of life, it rests in peace! If we hadn't nailed 'it to the webserver it'd be pushing up the daisies!
Its metabolic processes are now history! it's off the twig!
'it's kicked the bucket, it's shuffled off 'is mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisibile!!

THIS IS AN EX-LOGIN!!

Until we have finished our update, sorry!

(C) Monty python. Parrots will never be the same...

I'm managing to handle my withdrawl *tremble* .. but I wonder if time stops in the game or if the clock is ticking while in maintenance.

People REALLY should read recent topics on general support before posting a new one.
