HTML in old note titles

Postby SekoETC » Sun Nov 28, 2004 2:52 am

I happened to come across a note with a blue title, and there was no ender tag, so when I put it in an envelope, the text that comes after that turned blue! It doesn't bother me, after all it only affects old events. Hmm, why am I even reporting this? :?

although this sounds like an honest mistake on someone's part, it's related to why html was taken out of note titles. before, html could be used to mess up the entire page where ever the note title was visable.

I don't know if HTML on envelope names can mess it up too?

I found out that you could use them in envelope titles, one of my characters has been merrily distributing his work in an envelope with a HTML title - should I not be doing this? :?

No, you shouldn't, for the same reasons... (IMO, anyway)

As long as you make responsible use of HTML in envelope titles, there's nothing to say against it.
