While traveling from Krif to Krif Hills I saw this message:

1009-3: Onimous Voyager undocks, leaving travelling.

What does this mean?

It's an error that happens often so just ignore it.
a day without cantr, is a day spent in bed convulsing and suffering from withdrawl

Agree. Ignore it, it;s someone being impatient. That;s what causes it.
